Where is my Order Confirmation Email?
- All orders receive confirmation emails. If you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order.. Please double check your junk/spam email folder.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards!
How long will it take to receive my order?
- We make every effort to process orders same day! (if item is in stock)
- Once the package is shipped it can take 1-5 business days to be delivered.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
- Yes! You will receive a email after your order has been placed, and another when your order is Shipped.
- Please make sure you enter the correct email at checkout or you will not receive a confirmation.
Will I receive a tracking number?
- Absolutely! All orders are shipped USPS with tracking. The tracking # will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. the Order Number is not your tracking number.
Do you have a customer service phone #?
- We do not have a phone line. We ask that all customer service inquiries be submitted through our "Contact us" form so that we can better assist you.
What is your return policy?
- You can return or exchange any full price merchandise for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
- Any purchase that applied a discount code is NON Refundable/Exchangeable.
- Please note that all products must be unwashed and unworn. Products sent back with stains including makeup and deodorant marks, will not be accepted. We are also unable to accept items for return or exchange that have any strong lingering odors.
- Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even within the 30 day period.
- Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return.
- Orders sent back due to address error will be refunded. The original shipping charge is NOT refundable.
When will my exchange ship/When will I receive my refund?
- Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time your return/exchange is delivered to us for it to be processed.
I’ve just placed an order; can I change or cancel it?
- Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled online. We begin preparing your order as soon as it is placed. This timeframe makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.
